Direct Connect Troubleshooting

Check in bracelet using Direct Connect and Re-assign. Did the bracelet assign?

Steps:
  1. Direct Connect bracelet to change status to In Inventory
  2. Go to your SCRAMnet website
  3. Locate client profile
  4. Click the equipment tab
  5. Click assign equipment button
  6. Put bracelet in Pending Assignment status
  7. Direct Connect bracelet to assign
