Direct Connect Troubleshooting

With the new device, did the red light go out?

Steps:

1. Uplug the old device from the mini USB connector on the cable
2. Plug the new device into the mini USB connector on the cable
3. Once Direct Connect says "Waiting for bracelet," wake bracelet with magnet
